Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility 

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. For EU customers, a 14-day cooling-off period applies regardless of reason. 

How to Return 

To initiate a return, contact us at info@berix-tech.com. If approved, we will send a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges 

For exchanges, return the original item after approval, then place a new order separately for the desired replacement.

Warranty Policy 

BERIXDEEP products come with an 18-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date, covering LED strips, controllers, and power supplies. We provide free repair or replacement for confirmed quality issues within the warranty period.

During the warranty period, we promise to provide free repair or replacement for products that fail to function properly due to material or workmanship defects.

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Products outside the warranty period
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse (such as over-voltage, incorrect cutting/soldering, reversed wiring), accidents, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters
  • Normal wear and tear or natural aging of products
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers

For items bought through authorized platforms, please contact the seller on the respective platform for after-sales support.

Warranty Claim Process 

To claim warranty service, email our after-sales team at info@berix-tech.com with your order number, registered email, product model, detailed issue description, and clear photos/videos. Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days.  

For approved warranty claims, we cover replacement shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send a replacement within 1–2 business days. Refunds are generally not provided for warranty claims; replacement is the standard solution.

Refunds 

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or card processing delays may apply. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@berix-tech.com.
