1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders paid before 17:00 (GMT+8) will be processed the same day; orders after 17:00 will be processed the next business day.
  • During holidays or peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing time may extend to 2–3 business days.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries/regions worldwide, with key coverage:
  • North America: United States, Canada
  • Europe: UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Poland, etc.
  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
  • Asia: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, etc.
Unavailable: Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, some high-risk Middle Eastern regions, and PO Box addresses.

We only provide standard shipping service. Please check the table below for specific delivery lead time.

4.  Shipping Costs

Free Shipping Threshold

Shipping is currently free worldwide for standard delivery, excluding remote areas. Please contact customer service to confirm before placing your order.

5.  Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with tracking number is sent once your order ships.

Tracking numbers activate within 24 hours. Track via our website or carrier’s official site.

If no updates for 7+ days, contact info@berix-tech.com.

6.  Customs, Duties & Taxes

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Orders to EU, UK, US include all import duties & VAT (no extra fees for customers, except remote areas).

Other countries: Import duties/taxes may apply and are recipient’s responsibility. Check local customs rules before ordering.

Refusal to pay duties or rejection of delivery will result in deduction of return shipping and duties from refunds.

7.  Packaging & Prohibited Items

All LED products are shockproof & moisture-proof packaged (bubble wrap + hard carton) to minimize damage.

Prohibited: pure batteries, flammables, counterfeits, liquids, powders. We only ship LED lights with integrated lithium batteries (air-safe compliant).

8.  Modifications & Cancellations

Before shipping: Free address/sku changes or cancellation via support.

After shipping: No changes/cancellations. Returns only (customer covers return shipping).

9.  Lost & Damaged Packages

Lost: Replacement or full refund if tracking shows delivery not received or 30+ days no updates.

Damaged/Shortage: Replacement or full refund if photo/video proof is provided within 48 hours of delivery.

We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect address, missed delivery, or refusal.

10.  Holidays & Force Majeure

Delays due to public holidays, peak seasons, pandemics, natural disasters, war, or customs policy changes are beyond our control. We will assist with tracking but do not guarantee delivery times.
